How do you take pictures through a kaleidoscope?
The Shattered Photos are digitally altered in Photoshop, they just look like they were taken through a kaleidoscope’s lens.
Can I wear my Photo Pendant swimming?
No. While I have sealed the photo between layers of glass, they are still photos, and I do not guarantee that they are waterproof. Remove them when you’re showering or swimming, and store them out of direct sunlight when you’re not showing them off to prevent fading. (Sunlight is the enemy of all photos.)
Can the Art Quilts be washed?
No, they are not intended to be washed and should not be gotten wet. If you need to clean your Art Quilt (or Art Doll, or Photo Ornament), use canned air at least 12 inches from the surface to gently blow off any accumulated dust, or use a small (clean, dry), soft-bristle paintbrush to brush the surface clean.
Are the Art Dolls suitable for children?
No, due to the small parts that are sewn onto the dolls, they are not suitable for children and pose a choking hazard. They are not meant to be played with.
How should I clean my hat?
It depends on the hat. The knit hats can be hand washed in cool water and laid flat to dry (especially important for the ones containing wool fiber). Some of the sewn hats contain dry clean only materials and cannot be washed (your hat will come with care instructions; if you have lost them, contact me about which particular hat you have and I can tell you). In general, surface cleaning with a damp cloth is safe. If you get caught in the rain wearing your hat, dry it flat on a towel.

What is your return policy?
If there is any problem with your order, please contact me and I will try to make it right. If you need to return the item, a refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item if it is in the same condition that it was sent to you. Returns need to be made within 14 days of the receipt of the item.
